Jim is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a licensed General Contractor. He formerly worked at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company (KPMG), CPA firm.
Jim serves on the Board of Directors as Vice Chairman of Exchange Bank, a community bank with assets of approximately $3.5 billion. He serves as a Trustee of the Doyle Trust which distributes scholarships to students attending the Santa Rosa Junior College, he also serves on the SRJC Scholarship Committee and PEP Housing Board of Directors. Jim is the President of Ryan Realty, Inc. and he has been involved in the sale, leasing, development, construction and financing of properties over the past forty-five years including single-family home subdivisions, commercial, industrial and joint venture transactions. Jim and his wife, Kellye, have four children.

Kevin is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a licensed General Contractor. He is a graduate of California State University of Chico from which he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. After graduating he spent two years in public accounting. He then went on to work for a large real estate development company as Controller then CFO handling financing and land acquisition for retail, commercial and residential developments. Kevin has been involved with the financing of residential and commercial real estate loans for over 35 years. Kevin was raised in Sonoma County where he makes his home with wife Martha. Kevin and Martha have two children, Charlie and Megan.
George Robinson has provided expertise in financing for homeowners and businesses for more than thirty-five years. Mike McKeon is returning to Ryan Mortgage after 24 years with Sonoma National Bank and Poppy Bank for 12 years each. He has experience with home loans, construction lending for both residential and commercial properties, development lending, Small Business loans (SBA) and estate financing. Mike is a graduate of California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He has been involved with the United Way of the Wine Country for over 12 years and is currently serving on the Board of Directors as a past Chair, past Treasurer and Audit Chair. Mike and his wife, Cathi are long term residents of Santa Rosa with 6 children and 7 grandchildren.
Originally from Kirkland Washington, Ron has been in the mortgage lending industry since 1975. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and served his country during the Vietnam conflict as a U.S. Navy fighter/attack pilot flying combat missions from the USS Midway.
Ron brings an abundance of knowledge and experience to his position as Mortgage Loan Officer – Reverse Mortgage Specialist. He gives his utmost to his clients, his primary goal being their financial well-being and security. He has originated and closed over 5,600 mortgage loans so far in his career.
A resident of Santa Rosa since 1976, Ron has been active in community service, being a prior Distinguished Past President of the Downtown Santa Rosa Kiwanis Club. He was also the Golf Handicap Committee Chairman for the Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club and along with his wife Joy served on the PACE Committee of Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, a charitable organization that raises funds for Parenting and Children’s Education. Ron enjoys golf, working out at the gym, and traveling. He is the proud father of two and the grandfather of four.

Mary is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Certified Public Accountant, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She has her Masters in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and has a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Oregon. She has spent the last nineteen years working in housing, as Executive Director of PEP Housing, a nonprofit that builds and manages affordable housing for seniors and veterans with limited incomes in Northern California.
Mary volunteers with several nonprofit organizations including the American Red Cross, Sonoma County Parks, and others. She is a former Petaluma City Councilmember and founded Rebuilding Together, Petaluma, a local nonprofit providing no cost home repairs to people with limited incomes, allowing them to stay in their homes. Mary was born and raised in Marin County and lives in Novato with her husband, Brad, two dogs, a goat, a duck and a chicken. She has one son.
